  • Chana dal
  • Jaggery
  • Maida
  • Ghee
  • Water
  • Cardamom powder
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add maida,salt and knead it. Make a soft dough. Keep aside Then take a blender and add boiled chana dal,jaggery equal quantity and Blend into a paste. Make small balls out of the dough. Take a ball and make a round semi thick disc. Then place the stuff in between and Take the edges to the center and make round ball then make round disc with balan. Then on the hot tawa,grease it with ghee and place the prepared disc on it and cook on both sides. Serve hot or warm.
