- Soak bamboo Rice for 3-4 hours
- Take a pressure pan,add water &Moringa salt to it.Let the water boil.In the mean time ,finely chop tomato, onion,ginger,garlic & green chillies.
- Now add these chopped ingredients to the pan,add the soaked bamboo Rice and moomg dal to it.
- Add mint ,cloves , cinnamon to it.
- Now wait till 8-10 whistles.
- Later open the pan , checkout the consistency ,if it's a bit semi solid,add some hot water to it .If the rice is compelety cooked,Finally add coconut milk to it and switch off the stove.
- Thick creamy yummy briyani flavoured porridge is ready!
