Ingredients

  • Skim Milk
  • Banana
  • Ground Flaxseed
  • Frozen Blueberries
  • Honey
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Pour the skim milk into the blender. Toss the banana chunks with the flaxseed then blend them until smooth.
  • Add the blueberries, honey and vanilla and blend again until smooth. Add ice cubes if desired and blend until the preferred consistency is achieved. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
