Banana Jelly Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp agar -agar powder
  • 2 tbsp vanilla custard powder
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar or as per taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Take agar -agar powder in a cup,add 1/2cup warm water.Dissolve and keep aside. In a pan take milk,add custard powder.Stir well and make sure that there is no any lump.
  • Mash banana,keep aside Heat the milk -custard powder, mix.stir continuously and cook on low flame for 3-4minutes.
  • Now add mashed banana,stir. Add agar-agar mix,sugar and 1 pinch of orange food colour.Mix well cook on medium heat till the mixture is thick enough.
  • Put off heat,add vanilla essence.Mix well.Dish out in serving cups. Put in refrigerator for 2-3hours.Overnight cooloing will get better result.
  • Take out from refrigeratere.Garnish with cherry(optional).Serve.
