Ingredients

  • 1 Banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1/3 cup instant Oats
  • 1/2 or more Maple syrup
  • 1 pinch salt 1 cup milk
  • 2 drops vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in blender jar. Blend until smooth. Pour into the glass and serve.
