Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Banana, chopped
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Cream (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1/2 Cup Ice (crushed)

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a blender jar and blend smooth.
  • To make it thicker you can also add some milk powder.
  • Pour the crushed ice on top.
  • Serve chilled.
