Ingredients

  • Chilled Milk
  • Bananas
  • Rolled oats
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon Powder

Instructions

  • Slightly roast the oats and keep aside. Chop the bananas roughly.
  • In a mixture jar take all the ingredients and blend it all together.
  • Pour it in a tall glass and garnish as desired. Serve chilled.
