Ingredients

  • Banana (mashed)
  • Milk
  • Oats Flour
  • Almond Flour
  • Buckwheat Flour (kuttu ka aata)
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Baking Powder
  • Organic Jaggery Powder (optional)
  • Walnuts (chopped)

Instructions

  • Mix all dry ingredients and sieve it.
  • Mix all wet ingredients and keep it aside.
  • Mix both dry and wet ingredients.
  • Pour batter in cup cake liner.
  • Bake in preheated oven, at 180° C for 20 mins.

Notes/Tips

Instead of Buckwheat flour (kuttu ka aata) you can use Amaranth flour or Coconut flour. To make it vegan recipe you can use coconut flour along with coconut oil / avacado oil / rice bran oil )
