  • Banana
  • Oats flour
  • Wheat flour
  • Jaggery pd
  • Oil
  • Baking pd
  • Baking soda
  • Water
  • Seeds and Dry fruits

Instructions

  • First, add in banana and jaggery pd. Mixer it well. Take a bowl, Empty the mashed Banana jaggery Puree in it. Add Oil. Mix. To it, sieve the oat n Wheat flour, baking pd n soda as well. Mix in Well.add Water n mix to Smooth batter.
  • Garnish with seeds and Dry fruits. Bake For 25 to 30 mins at 180 Degrees

Notes/Tips

Don't remove from oven immediately after its baked, leave the oven Door open a lil, to bring down the Temp and to not drop the cake rise too.. and before turning it off, check if cake is baked Well by inserting a toothpick, if it comes clean, Cake is baked Well...
