Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced Banana,1large Banana, frozen is best
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately.Here I have used over ripened bananas. As they are overly sweet, you won’t need to add any sweetener.
