Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped banana Stem
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 6-7 black pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter milk
  • 1/2 tsp black salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Mint leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  • Chop the inner part of the stem coarsely and grind it in a mixer grinder with ginger, black pepper
  • Filter the juice with a strainer. Add lemon juice, salt and water accordingly.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately. Best time to consume is in the morning, empty stomach.
