  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 pinches green cardamom
  • 1/3 cup and 2 teaspoon semolina
  • 1/2 tablespoon cashews 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tablespoon raisins 1/2 tablespoon coconut

Instructions

  • Roast The Nuts To prepare this delicious dish, heat a little ghee in a pan and roast the cashew nuts and the raisins in it. Remove from the flame and keep them aside.
  • Heat Ghee And Fry Semolina Next, add some more ghee and fry the semolina (sooji) in the same pan until it turns golden. In another container boil the water simultaneously.
  • Add Boiled Water Once the semolina is golden, pour the boiled water into it. Keep stirring as you pour the water. Cook until the water is absorbed.
  • Add Mashed Bananas When the water is fully absorbed, add the mashed bananas, sugar and, cardamom powder and let it cook for a few minutes.
