  • Garam masala
  • Oil
  • Fennel
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Cloves
  • Cardamom
  • Mustard
  • Cumin
  • Corinader
  • Curd
  • Baby potato

Instructions

  • Boil the potatoes and peel them properly. Now pick the peeled potatoes all over with a forkheat add oil,cumin ,garam masala whole ,chopped garlic mix all spice pdrs with little water,red chilli powder and add to the mixture . Mix curd, Simmer add potatoes for about 20-25 minutes and banarasi dum aloo is ready to be served.
