- Take a bowl and add besan flour, salt, water and make a tight dough. Take a sev machine, place dough in it and press it with a hand in hot oil and deep fry laddu until we get light brown color. Transfer into a paper towel and break into pieces, allow it rest for some time. Transfer into a mixie jar and blend into a nice fine powder. Take a large bowl, add fine powder, sugar powder, cardamom powder, a pinch of salt and mix nicely. Add ghee little by little and make round laddu with hands.
