  • Maida
  • Corn flour
  • Jaggery
  • Cashew
  • Ghee

Instructions

  • Add 1/4 cup water to jaggery and let it cook to make thick syrup. Keep stirring the jaggery syrup in between. and add it to a bowl of water. Meanwhile add corn flour to maida and add water to give it a watery consistency. Make sure there are no lumps. Once the syrup is ready lower the flame and add flour mixture slowly, keep stirring. Also add cashew nuts and ghee to the cooking halwa, keep stirring until the halwa thickens and leave the pan without sticking. Serve hot or cold.
