- soak half cup samak rice in warm water for half an hr Rinse them Now Take 1 tbsp ghee and roast the soaked rice in low flame for 2-3 mins now add 1 cup milk & mix
- keep the flame from medium to low and gradually add milk to get the thick consistency keep stirring so that there are no lumps now add 1tsp of cardamom powder & boil for 2-3 mins now add 3 tbsp condensed milk and give it a good mix & switch off the flame
- let the kheer cools down completely meanwhile make mango pulp by grinding mango pieces ina blender once kheer cools down ,add the pulp & dry fruits
