Instructions

  • In thick bottom vessel pour 2 litre milk and boil It.it has to keep boiling and stir the malai every 5 minutes and let it get thick and after about 1 hour, it becomes Thi consistency add 50 gms sugar and boil. Cool it and serve chilled garnish with pista.

Notes/Tips

Boil milk in low to medium flame or the milk will get burnt
