  • 250g Bathua (Boiled
  • One and half cup cold curd
  • Salt to taste
  • Black salt to taste
  • 1tsp cumin powder
  • 1tsp mint powder
  • 1/2tsp black pepper powder.

Instructions

  • First of all we will clean the bathua and wash it with water.
  • Now boil the bathua on the gas for 2 minutes. and sieve it in a sieve. So that all the water evaporates.
  • After that we will put the cold curd in the bhagoni and beat it well, and mash the bathua well with hands.
  • Now add Bathua to the curd and mix it.
  • After that we will mix by adding salt, and all the spices.
  • Take our spicy tasty and healthy Bathua Raita is ready, put the prepared Raita in a bowl, red chilli powder and mint powder on top eat it with food also looks very tasty.
