  • Urad dal
  • Bathua saag
  • Hing
  • Salt
  • Ghee
  • Hari mirch
  • Garam masala

Instructions

  • Wash urad dal and bathua saag nicely. Boiled urad dal and bathua saag ,salt,hing together. Cook for 10 minutes
  • Heat a butter in kadahi , add jeera, chopped onion, garlic, green chilli, chopped tomatoes and saute all then all masala and saute pour bathua dal and mix it well.
  • Serve with fresh cream.

Before adding dal in kadahi mix it well
