  • Maida
  • Wheat flour
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Water

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add maida,wheat flour,salt and mix well. Then add water and knead it,then make a dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Then make small round balls out of the dough and keep a damp cloth on it. Take one ball and make a round thin disc using balan and sprinkling some flour. Heat oil in a kadai. Once it is heated. Place the prepared disc in it and press on the disc. Then take into a plate and serve.
