  • 200 gms Bathua 3 cups curd
  • 1 tablespoon Black salt 1 tablespoon white sal
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin powder
  • 1/2 black pepper powder

Instructions

  • First wash and clean the Bathua with water, then add water and boiled
  • Grind in a mixer grinder
  • Now add salt and black pepper powder, curd and mix it well
  • Now you can serve the rayta drink
