  • Ridge gourd
  • Salt
  • Channa dal
  • Urad dal
  • Mustard
  • Oil
  • Curry leaves
  • Red chilli

Instructions

  • In a hot pan add oil, roasted chana dal and saute it for few minutes. Add black gram, mustard seeds, red chilies and curry leaf. After that add chopped ridge gourd and required salt. Cook until the ridge gourd softens. Then turn off the stove and serve hot.
