  • Sesame seeds
  • Ridge gourd
  • Green chillies
  • Oil
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Tamarind

Instructions

  • Heat pan, dry roast sesame seeds, later transfer to a blender, to make powder. Heat oil in the same pan and add ridge gourd peel, green chilies, garlic and saute it. Transfer into same mixie jar, add salt, soaked tamarind and blend into a smooth paste.
