  • Ridge gourd
  • Cumin
  • Red chilli
  • Dal
  • Salt
  • Tomato

Instructions

  • Dry roast dry red chilies, cumin seeds then add boiled dal water with little dal seasoning with salt. Once it comes to boil, add chopped ridge gourd pieces and cook with closed lid. At last, add chopped tomatoes and cook it. Turn of the stove and serve hot with chapathi,rice.
