- 1) wash the ripe green mango and peel the skin of the mango.
- 2) then cut the mango into thin slice.
- 3) finally chop the onion, green chilli beetroot, tomato and carrot.
- 4) take the chopped mangoes in a bowl. Add chopped onions green chillies, tomato, carrot and beetroot.
- 5) Sprinkle salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, sugar.
- 6) finally add the chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- 7) Serve the beet mango salad chilled.
