Beet Mango Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely chopped green mango
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 thin sliced tomato
  • 1 thin sliced beetroot
  • 1 thin sliced carrot
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves

Instructions

  • 1) wash the ripe green mango and peel the skin of the mango.
  • 2) then cut the mango into thin slice.
  • 3) finally chop the onion, green chilli beetroot, tomato and carrot.
  • 4) take the chopped mangoes in a bowl. Add chopped onions green chillies, tomato, carrot and beetroot.
  • 5) Sprinkle salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, sugar.
  • 6) finally add the chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  • 7) Serve the beet mango salad chilled.

Notes/Tips

. Use Green mangoes which are not very sour for the salad. . adjust red chilli powder and sugar as for your taste.
