- Usually smoothies are made using blender. For a change why don't we use whisk? Okay then here you go..
- Take 2 cups of hung curd, whisk them well by breaking out all the clumps in it.
- Add a pinch of salt and cinnamon powder to it.
- Boil 1 beetroot, which acts as a natural sweetner in our recipe.
- Cut them into tiny cubes and add it to your smoothie bowl.
- Wash the black grapes thoroughly and add them to the same.
- Mix all the ingredients well. If needed, it can be refrigerated and served.
