Beetroot Apple Halwa

Ingredients

  • 2 grated beetroot
  • 2 grated apples
  • 2 tbsp ghee/coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup jaggery powder
  • 1/2 tsp cardmom powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp dry coconut powder
  • 3-4 chopped almonds, cashews and walnuts

Instructions

  • Firstly, grate apple and beetroot one by one. Also, take 10-12 almonds and blend it in mixer. So almond flour is ready.
  • Now, heat ghee in nonstick pan, add grated beetroot in it. Stir well occasionally around 5-7 minutes till its raw smell gone.
  • Additionally, add grated apple in it and stir well for 3-4 minutes. Along with that mix jaggery powder, cardamom powder.(when we add mix jaggery powder some liquidy bubble occurs, till the flavours absorb in halwa you have to stir occasionally).
  • Afterwards add almond flour & dry coconut powder. Mix well for 2-3 minutes. At last spread chopped dry fruits like almonds, walnuts and cashews.
  • Finally, halwa is ready. Serve it. Enjoy.
