- Take a pan add 1/2 tspn of ghee and roast the dry fruits in it for a min. Once done transfer them into a bowl
- Then in the same pan add 1 tbspn of ghee and then add the beetroot and cook it for a minute then add milk in it
- Cook it for 5 to 8 min untill the milk is evaporated then add sugar cardomom powder and cook it for another 1 min
- And finally add the roasted dry fruits mix it and turn off the flame and Transfer it into the serving bowl
