  • Chopped Beetroot
  • Chopped Onion
  • Chopped chili, ginger,garlic
  • Wheat/plain flour
  • Carrom seeds (Ajwain)
  • Garam masala powder
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Make a puree of chopped Beetand onion,garlic,chili,ginger.Add them in a flour and add all spices,make a paratha dough and roll them like paratha and roast them on tawa with oil/ghee/butter. Enjoy this with pickle/chutney/curd.

Notes/Tips

Make medium soft dough and add oil in a dough to make soft paratha. You can roll paratha in triangle,sqaure,envelope.you can grate beet and saute them with onion garlic and then make puree.
