Ingredients

  • Fresh curd 200 gms
  • Fresh malai 2 tbsp
  • Grated beetroot 1/2 cup
  • Green chili chopped 3
  • Grated fresh ginger 1/2 inch
  • Fresh chopped mint leaves 1 tbsp
  • Salt As per taste
  • Besan bundi for garnishing As required

Instructions

  • Take curd and cream in bowl and beat it smooth with beater
  • Add all ingredients and mix well.. Garnish with bundi and ready to eat with rice or bhakhri
