  • 2 Boiled Beetroots
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper
  • Juice of 1lemon

Instructions

  • Refrigerate the beetroots for some time so they get cooled nicely.
  • Peel and chop the beetroots into desired shapes.
  • Add salt and black pepper as per taste. Add lemon juice and toss well. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
  • Healthy and yummy salad is ready to serve.
