  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup curd
  • Salt to taste
  • Eno salt 1sachet
  • 1beetroot Grated
  • 1 carrot Grated
  • 1 onion Chopped
  • 1/2 cabbage chopped
  • salt ,mix hurbs 1/2 tsp ,black papper 1tsp

Instructions

  • Firstly tack a big bowl add suji,oats pwdr Curd, salt And beetroot juice n 1tbsp grated beet also
  • Mix well add some water n make a better .keep one side
  • Meanwhile we prepair stufFingtack a kdai add 1tbsp oil
  • Add Garlic crushed chopped onion saute for a min ,now add ,cartot ,cabbage gren chili n beeet root
  • Mix well now add salt ,black papperAnd maggi masala ae magic pwdr .add mix hurbs
  • Saute for a min .stuffing ready .now tack steamer add some water
  • In Greesed bowl pour half better Cook 1/2 steam Now add stuffing again pour half better n steam again.
  • Redy in 5min .domold it garnish with catchup .EnjoYE

Notes/Tips

Cook Batter Hlf then pour stuffing . For softness beat the batter nicely.
