  • Potato
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Beetroot
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Butter
  • Red chilli powder

Instructions

  • In pressure cooker add all the vegetables and cook with 3 whistles.
  • When the mixture is cool down at room temperature, blend it smooth and sieve it and do the seasoning and bowl for 10-15 minutes. Adjust the consistency by adding water.
  • Serve it hot with nachos.

Notes/Tips

If the soup is too sour and tangy, balance it by adding sugar.
