- Heat clarified butter in a cooker and add green chilli paste Add onion and ginger garlic paste Saute until the onion turn golden brown Add tomato and saute for 2 minutes Add potatoes,peas and beetroot and cook for 3-4 minutes Add salt,pav bhaji masala and red chilli powder and roast for 2 minutes Add water and close the lid Cook for 3-4 whistles Mash with a masher after opening the lid Mix lemon juice and butter Serve with pav.
