Ingredients

  • 1 Cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup grated beetroot
  • 1 Cup mava,
  • 1 tbsp ghee.
  • 1 tbsp elaichi powder.'
  • as required Kaju for garnish,
  • 1/2 Cup sugar

Instructions

  • In pan add ghee.
  • Add carrot, beetroot.
  • Add sugar, mava.Mix well
  • Cook till thick & moisture reduces.Add elaichi
  • Spread on aluminium tray. Level it.
  • When cool cut into pieces.Garnish with kaju.
