- Put pan and heat then add ghee and grated beetroot And grated carrot roast it for 10-15 minutes on medium flame.
- Put another pan on the gas and add coconut powder then roast it for 5-7 minutes then take it out.
- Put pan on the gas and add dry nuts then roast it for 5-7 minutes the take it out. Grind it in grinder to make it
- Take one bowl water in a pan and heat it. When water starts boiling, put sugar in it and mix it continuously till it becomes ek taar (onewire) chaashni.
- How do you see ektaar chashni- take the chashni between thumb and first finger and enlarge it. If it becomes like one wire, then it is called ektaar chashni. ( Sugar syrup)
- Mix beetroot carrot mix coconut powder and drynut powder in sugar syrup and mix it properly on medium flame for 2-3 minutes then put off gas.
- Grease the tray with ghee then spread beetroot carrot mixture evenly then kept in fridge for 2 hours to set it.
- Take it out from fridge and cut into heart pieces and garnish with chopped almonds,cashew nuts.
