Ingredients

  • Beetroot grated
  • Wheat flour
  • Garlic sliced
  • Salt
  • Gingelly oil
  • Water
  • Ghee

Instructions

  • 1.take wheat flour add beetroot grated sliced garlic gingelly oil salt and enough water make a smooth dough.then cover it and keep aside for 5minutes
  • Take chapathi roll and flatten then take little amount of wheat dough round it then flattened roll in chapathi shape spread little wheat flour then make all wheat dough same process.then keep it aside
  • Heat chapathi pan spread little ghee then add raw chapathi fry two sides . continue the process in full dough
  • Finally serve .serving with little curd.beetroot chapathi and curd is good combination

Notes/Tips

1.when making chapathi dough add little gingelly oil that's helps to smooth dough and gets good soft chapathi. 2.ghee is very important in frying chapathi that's helps to boosting tastes in chapathis
