  • Hing
  • Mustard
  • Dried red chillies
  • Curry leaves
  • Beetroot
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, red chilies, curry leaves,hing and saute it till mustard seeds crackle. Then add beetroot and water. salt to taste. Cook with closed lid for about 10 minutes.
