  • Ghee
  • Beetroot
  • Cashew
  • Sugar
  • Khoya
  • Milk

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add ghee and roast cashew and keep aside. Then add grated beetroot and cook well for 15-20 minutes. Then add grated khoya, milk. And mix well. And add sugar. When the beetroot is well cooked. Turn of the flame and garnish with cashwe and serve.
