- In a pan boil water add 1/2 cup chopped beetroot ,boil it ,strain it ,beetroot stock it ready,chill it in freeze for 3 hours
- In a muddler ,muddle lemon slices ,mint leaves and chaat masala
- Now in serving glass ,firstly arrange few mint leaves ,then add the muddled mixture to this
- Now add sugar syrup to it
- Then add ginger juice to it
- Then pour beetroot stock to it
- Now add ice cubes to this
- On it add finely chopped 2 tbsp beetroot,mint leaves 1 tbsp,2 lemon slices on it ,sprinkle chaat masala
- Lastly top it with soda
- Serve chill
