  • Oil
  • Onion
  • Garam masala
  • Green chillies
  • Cashew
  • Rice
  • Beetroot
  • Ghee
  • Salt
  • Mint

Instructions

  • chop onions,beetroots and chillies . In a tava add 3 teaspoon oiland 1 teaspoon ghee,add the whole masala,cashew and roast them.add onion,salt and roast it add the beetroot and roast well .now add the washed rice and cook it till the rice is cooked. Serve hot.
