- Add ghee in a pan and let it get hot in medium flame. Then add the grated beetroot in and mix it for 7-8 minutes. In another pan heat the milk.Add the milk in the beetroot and mix it well.add sugar in mixture ,mix it well.
- Now cook in low flame and stir the mixture in intervals, so that it doesn't get burnt. When the milk gets completely absorbed by the beetroot, now add sone milk powder, cardamom powder.
- Mix all the ingredients and let it cook on low flame. When the halwa gets well cooked, serve in a plate and garnish with some dry fruits
