Ingredients

  • 1cup wheat flour
  • 1cup chanadal
  • 1,cup jaggery
  • Dry shredded coconut 2tbsp
  • Elaichi 2 tbsp
  • Khaskhas 1,tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • 5 grms haldi

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl put wheat flour,haldi and water mix it like roti dough. Keep aside for half an hour. Now boil chanadal 90% ND remove excess water from it. Now add jaggery in it ND cook until jaggery mixes with dal. Now add elaichi,coconut ND khaskhas ND mix it. Now the puran is ready for stuffing.
  • Now make small Puris out of the dough. In one side stuff the puran ND flip the other side ND seal sides gently with little water. Now put one by one in oil nd deep fry kadabu/ Gujiya until they become red. Now our favorite Bele Karigadabu/ Gujiya is ready to serve for this Festive season.

Notes/Tips

Fry khaskhas before adding in puran.
