- Cut bell pepper into small pieces and fry it by adding two drops of oil and 1/2 tsp salt to kadai and keep aside.
- Grind the ingredients into a smooth paste. Next grind the fried peanuts into a fine powder.
- Heat kadai. Pour oil and add cumin seeds. Then add grinded paste to kadai.
- Pour little water and allow to boil. Then add turmeric,red chilli, coriander powder and needed salt. Now add grinded peanuts to it.
- Finally add fried bell pepper to kadai and allow to cook until it boils. And spread with coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti, poori.
