Bell Pepper Gravy

Ingredients

  • 2 Bell Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Fried peanuts
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • as per taste salt
  • as required Coriander leaves
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 10-15 Cashews

Instructions

  • Cut bell pepper into small pieces and fry it by adding two drops of oil and 1/2 tsp salt to kadai and keep aside.
  • Grind the ingredients into a smooth paste. Next grind the fried peanuts into a fine powder.
  • Heat kadai. Pour oil and add cumin seeds. Then add grinded paste to kadai.
  • Pour little water and allow to boil. Then add turmeric,red chilli, coriander powder and needed salt. Now add grinded peanuts to it.
  • Finally add fried bell pepper to kadai and allow to cook until it boils. And spread with coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti, poori.
