  • Maida
  • Sooji
  • Jaggery
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Take flour and sooji in a bowl and add two tablespoon of warm oil and mix well. Then pour water and knead into a soft dough. Keep it aside for 10 mins Make balls and roll it into a thin log. Cut into pieces and Then deep fry in oil till it turns golden. Remove it from oil keep it aside Add ground jaggery and little water. Cook till it comes to one string consistency Add fried crisps to the jaggery syrup. Remove from the syrup and store.
