  • Saffron
  • Raisina
  • Almonda
  • Cashew
  • Pista
  • Milk
  • Water
  • Jaggery
  • Moong dal
  • Rice
  • Pepper powder
  • Coconut shredded
  • Ghee
  • Cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Wash and boil rice and moong dal with water when the rice is almost cooked add milk and cook it. Heat ghee in a pan add dry fruits fry it. Till rice is mashy add sauteed nuts and add jaggery and cook till nice pudding consistency add chopped coconut and saffron. Serve hot.
