- Cut ber, dates and jaggery into small pieces.
- In a nonstick pan, add oil and switch on the burner. When oil is hot, add cumin seed, fenugreek seed and fennel seed. Once it starts fluttering, add ber and date slices into it.
- Mix well and cover the pan with lid. After 1min, mix again. Now add jaggery pieces, salt, turmeric powder, chili flakes and water.
- Cover with lid. Cook in medium flame for 3-4 minutes till jaggery melts and everything is well cooked.
- Switch off the burner. Add kimis. Allow it to cool and serve in a bowl.
