Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Besan flour
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida (Heeng)
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • as per taste salt
  • as required water
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 Tomato

Instructions

  • Take besan flour, salt, asafoetida and turmeric powder.
  • Now cut onion, tomato, green chilli into small pieces. Add to it. Add needed water and mix well. Don't add more water.
  • Heat pan. Pour the batter evenly and spread oil.
  • Now the delicious besan chilla is ready to serve
