- Take a heavy bottom kadhai and heat ghee over medium flame.
- Add sooji and roast a bit till fragrant. Now add besan and roast on low flame till it smells aromatic and light brown.
- Now sprinkle water spoon by sooon by mixing continuosly so that besan get fluffed.
- Now add milk and mix thoroughly. Add in the sugar and saffron to it. Cook till leaves the sides of the pan.
- Fry the nuts and add add to the halwa. Sprinkle cardamom powder and give a final mix.
- Serve hot 🔥 this delight in wintery night.
