Ingredients

  • 1 cup besan
  • Half cup sugar
  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 tsp suji(samolina)
  • Half cup of desi ghee
  • Drop food colour (optional)
  • 5-6 cashews
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Heat a kadhai add gram flour and samolina in it, roast it in a low flame Then add ghee on it. Cook for a while
  • Add sugar,stir it well then pour milk and continously whisk it well Meanwhile heat a fry pan add 1tsp ghee and roast the cashews and keep aside.
  • Then add drop of food color. stir it well Add cardamom powder ,and roasted cashews.
  • It's ready....pour it into a plate and garnish with some cashews

Notes/Tips

Avoid using color if possible
