- Heat a kadhai add gram flour and samolina in it, roast it in a low flame Then add ghee on it. Cook for a while
- Add sugar,stir it well then pour milk and continously whisk it well Meanwhile heat a fry pan add 1tsp ghee and roast the cashews and keep aside.
- Then add drop of food color. stir it well Add cardamom powder ,and roasted cashews.
- It's ready....pour it into a plate and garnish with some cashews
